You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any harvest data, sightings, or information you submit. NCDeer does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.

5. Hunting Data & Information Accuracy

The information provided on NCDeer — including season dates, regulations, licensing fees, and harvest data — is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify current regulations with the NCWRC before hunting. We are not responsible for errors or outdated information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NCDeer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCDeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
